I joined because I liked the ambition of the team. I aim to overcome the hill we faced last year, I hope to improve the record we set two years ago in Rotterdam. (139.8km/l) I really like the co-operation and atmosphere we have in the workspace.

I joined Silverback engineering because I thought it was a great opportunity to promote sustainable energy throughout the world. My goals for this year are to have a successful run in the race and to have great teamwork and organization. I enjoy the teamwork and the motivation that everyone has for the team.

I joined Silverback Engineering because I want to pursue an engineering career in the future. My goals are to try and learn as much as I possible as i can to bring the maximum amount of contribution. I like the ability to have freedom in decisions and difference in the world.

I joined because i like to make things and i have a strong interest in engineering and cars. My goal is to be a useful asset to the team, and have fun. I also want to learn from experience and gain knowledge you can’t get from lessons. Everyone has their own opinion of the car and they have the freedom to share their opinion and everyone respects that.

I joined because it seemed fun and I thought it was a good experience on how to work as a team and improve the car. My goals this year is to learn and be able to help the group out next year; by creating a smooth transition. I very much enjoy the teamwork and communication which occurs within the team.

I joined Silverback Engineering because I found it a very interesting activity which combines scientific endeavours and engineering background. This is because I am interested in pursuing engineering in the future. The ultimate goal is to beat the record at Shell Eco-Marathon and during this process I want to apply my knowledge and contribute as much as possible to the silverback engineering team. I like that there is so much flexibility and freedom to do what you want, helpful staff and very nice PR team, another great this that we get to apply knowledge and start something with electronics at ish.

I joined Silverback Engineering because I had a motor in Turkey and i’m really interested in keeping it in good condition so I use this as experience. My goals are to get the motor running and to overcome the hill. I like that it’s run by students yet it is still very organized.

I have a passion for engineering and i want to pursue this passion in the future.My goals for silverback engineering is to beat the previous record and build a car to be used for future races and learn in the process. I really like how the engineering team and PR team work together to achieve as much as possible. I like that we can come in with any idea and find a way to apply this to the car.

I joined silverback engineering to get experience about how cars work. I am considering engineering as a future career so I signed up as PR because like that I still learn about the car and all the details within the car. My goal is to learn as much as possible and to be able to have a good run at the shell eco marathon, I really hope we can improve on our performance from last year. I enjoy the organization within the team, everyone has a specific role and they are all just as important. I like that everyone is needed and that everyone is trying their best to achieve the same goal.

I wanted to gain some experience in the business field to prepare myself for the future, when contacting business agencies and working in the advertising business. To learn a lot about how business works and to bring awareness about how we can have a cleaner future if we work together. I enjoy that I get to work with new people all the time and having an important job in a group which all the same objective.

I joined because I am very interested in the engineering aspect and the work that goes on with sponsors and advertising, therefore I chose PR so i can learn about the engineering aspect while developing my PR skills. I also joined to help create a better future and greener planet. I want to help show the community what silverback engineering is really like by filming and editing videos about events. I would also like to help contact sponsors so we can have the best possible performance at the shell eco marathon. My favorite thing about the team is the fact that we all work together really well and are all ambitious to do well and learn more.
